About Us

Rolvenden Tigers (previously Tenterden Tigers) is a junior football club that offers a fun and safe environment for children aged 5 years upwards to learn and improve their footballing skills with qualified FA coaches! The club is run by an enthusiastic team of volunteers with a passion for football and the local community. We welcome boys and girls across all abilities and are often recruiting new players across all age groups.

Teams

We welcome boys and girls of 5 years of age and older at our training sessions each week.
Once your child is 6 they can play in matches in the Ashford and District Youth Football League so please get in touch if you would like to join.

Home Ground

In the winter months, we hold training at Homewood Schools floodlit 3G pitch in Tenterden.

In the summer months, we can be found at Rolvenden Football field, Barret Field, Benenden Road, Rolvenden TN17 4PF.

Kits & Equipment

The Tenterden Tigers kit comprises of black shorts, black socks and our Official Tigers shirt and issued for match days only. The kit will be provided at the Club’s expense, however it is the responsibility of the parent to ensure it is kept clean and in the best condition.

Where and when is training?
Training is currently held every Monday night at Homewood School 3G pitch
What time is the training for my child’s age group?
Currently, timings are as follows:
5.00pm-6.00pm We welcome boys and girls who are currently year R to year 5.
6.00pm-7.00pm We welcome boys and girls who are currently in years 6 and 7.
As we build our teams, we will review all training session timings.
Does training continue through the holidays?
We will have breaks from training through the holidays. We will email you or send you a message if this changes at any point.
How much are fees?
We offer all children a free taster session and from then on £16.25 per month covers training and match fees.
